An application for the following eligible water saving products will be considered
Shower head (up to three per property)
Toilet (up to two installed by a licensed plumber per property)
Washing machine (one per property)
Irrigation timer / Wi-Fi Irrigation controller (up to two per property)
Pool / spa cover (one per property)
Only one product type can be claimed per form. If you need to claim for more than one product type, you must complete a separate form for each product type.
If you wish to claim more than the eligible number of product per type in this form,
you will need to complete a water efficiency assessment first.
You are eligible to apply if:
Rebates are available only to properties in eligible postcodes within the Eyre Peninsula. A full list of eligible post codes is available in the full terms and conditions.
Residential and non-residential properties that havewater supplied to them by a private individual, organisation or local government that sources water from SA Water, including Water West at Ceduna.
Rebates are available to both property owners and tenants, whether you are a business or a resident. Property owners can apply for all rebates while tenants can only apply for rebates for washing machines, pool/spa covers and irrigation timers/controllers.
Businesses and charities that provide an ABN number can apply for rebates.
Rebates are not available for strata companies, managing agents, commercial home builders or land developers. Products used in new building construction, extensions or renovations are also not eligible.
We will provide all communications to the party who submits this application. It is the responsibility of that party to communicate with the owner/s or occupier/s of the property.
How we will pay the rebate
If you are the account holder, we will automatically credit the rebate to your next SA Water account. This will reduce the balance on your next quarterly bill. You can request the rebate be refunded as an electronic funds transfer to your bank account once your rebate has been approved.
If you are a tenant applying for a rebate, we’ll apply the rebate to a temporary account. When your rebate is approved, we will arrange for your rebate to be sent to you as an electronic funds transfer.
