You can use this form if SA Water has notified you to submit a meter reading.
This might be because you received:
A card in your letterbox telling you we couldn’t read your meter
A bill with an estimated reading
An email or letter about higher than usual water use
An email or letter letting you know we haven’t been able to read your meter for some time.
You may have also asked to submit your own readings using the Priority Services Register.

We need a photo or in person read once a year in line with the Water Retail Code. A clear photo also helps avoid estimated bills.
